Terms & Conditions
At K. K. Photo Film;s, we believe in maintaining transparency and professionalism throughout the entire process. Our payment structure is designed to ensure a smooth workflow and to secure your event date while delivering a premium experience.
Payment Structure
To confirm your booking and reserve your event date, our payment structure is as follows:
Booking & Advance Payment
Booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of 25% advance payment of the total package amount.
A further 50% payment is due on the Wedding Day / Event Day.
The remaining 25% balance must be cleared before or at the time of final delivery of the agreed deliverables.
No final photographs, videos, albums or other deliverables will be released until the full and final payment has been received.
Cancellation & Advance
If the Client cancels the booked event/program for any reason, the 25% advance payment will be non-refundable, as the date is reserved exclusively for the Client.
Delivery of Photos, Album & Video
Edited photographs, albums and videos will normally be delivered within 45 days from the date of the event, subject to timely payment and receipt of all required selections/information from the Client.
The delivery period may be extended if the Client delays photo selection, album approval, revisions or provides information/materials late.
The Studio shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Raw Photographs & RAW Files
Photographs will be provided to the Client in JPG format only.
Original camera RAW files, such as CR2, CR3, ARW, NEF or similar formats, will not be provided.
Raw video footage, if included in the selected package, will be provided only according to the package terms.
Album Photo Selection
The Client must select photographs for the album within 15 days of receiving the selection/gallery.
If the Client fails to provide the selections within this period, the album/video delivery timeline will be extended accordingly.
Any additional album pages beyond the number included in the package will be chargeable separately.
Editing & Revisions
Editing will be carried out according to the selected package and agreed requirements.
Any additional editing, major changes or repeated revisions beyond the agreed package will be chargeable separately.
Additional work such as extra pages, reels, enlargement prints, additional editing or other services will carry additional charges.
Event Timing & Overtime
Photography and videography services will be provided according to the timings and number of hours included in the booked package.
If the event/shoot continues beyond the booked package hours, additional overtime charges will apply.
Outdoor shoots are subject to available daylight and agreed timings. Any delay by the Client may affect the duration or quality of the shoot.
Photographer/Videographer Arrival
If the photographer/videographer reaches the venue after 9:00 AM, the Studio will not be responsible for any photography/video coverage or events that occurred before the photographer/videographer's arrival.
Outdoor / Destination Shoot
For outdoor, outstation or destination shoots, the Client will bear the applicable travel, food and accommodation expenses of the Studio/team, unless specifically included in the package quotation.
Equipment Damage
The Client will be responsible for any damage to cameras, lenses, lights, stands, computers or other Studio equipment caused by the Client, guests, family members, vendors or crowd through mishandling, negligence or intentional acts.
Data Backup & Storage
The Studio will retain the Client's event data/backup for 30 days after delivery.
After this period, the Studio reserves the right to permanently delete the data and will not be responsible for its recovery.
Clients are strongly advised to maintain their own backup after receiving the final data.
Portfolio & Social Media Usage
The Studio reserves the right to use selected photographs and/or video clips from the event for its portfolio, website, social media, advertising and promotional purposes, unless the Client specifically objects to such use in writing before the event/delivery.
Meals & Team Requirements
For events extending over meal periods, the Client shall provide reasonable meals for the photography/videography team, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Venue & Vendor Coordination
The Client should provide relevant venue/vendor contact details, including the decorator, lighting technician and other personnel where necessary, to facilitate smooth coordination and setup.
Respectful Conduct
The Studio team must be treated respectfully and allowed to work in a safe and cordial environment.
Verbal abuse, threats, physical abuse or intentional harassment of Studio team members by the Client, family members, guests or vendors will not be permitted.
Client Cooperation
The Client shall cooperate with the Studio team regarding timings, photo selections, album requirements and other information necessary for completing the services.
Force Majeure / Unavoidable Circumstances
The Studio will not be held responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, venue-related issues, transportation problems or other unavoidable circumstances.
Final Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the agreed package/quotation, will constitute the agreement between the Studio and the Client upon confirmation of booking.
Any special arrangements or changes must be mutually agreed upon and preferably recorded in writing.
Jurisdiction
In case of any dispute arising between the Client and the Studio concerning the services, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Deoria, Uttar Pradesh only, subject to applicable law.
Important Notice
All packages are offered at a Fixed Price – Non-Negotiable.
Our pricing reflects the quality of our creative work, professional equipment, editing time and the overall experience we provide to every client.
We kindly request all clients to make payments and provide required selections/information on time so that we can maintain our workflow and deliver your memories with the highest level of care and professionalism.
