Terms & Conditions

At K. K. Photo Film;s, we believe in maintaining transparency and professionalism throughout the entire process. Our payment structure is designed to ensure a smooth workflow and to secure your event date while delivering a premium experience.

To officially reserve your wedding or event date, a 25% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. Once the advance is received, your date will be blocked exclusively for you and our team will begin the preparation and planning process.

A further 50% payment is due on the Wedding Day / Event Day. This allows us to continue providing uninterrupted services during your celebration and ensures that all scheduled coverage is completed as planned.

The remaining 25% balance payment must be cleared before or at the time of final delivery of the Photos, Films & Albums, (or any other agreed deliverables.)

1. Delivery Timeline
Albums and videos will be delivered within 45 days from the date of the event/booking. Any delay caused due to unavoidable circumstances will not be our responsibility.

2. Cancellation Policy
If the customer cancels the event after booking confirmation, the advance amount will not be refunded.

3. Jurisdiction
In case of any dispute, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of Deoria Court only.

4. Photographer Arrival
If the photographer reaches the venue after 9:00 AM, the studio will not be responsible for any missed moments or issues that occurred before his arrival.

5. Raw Files Policy
Photos will be delivered only in JPG format. RAW files will not be shared.

6. Album Photo Selection
Clients must select photos for the album within 15 days after receiving the gallery. Delay in photo selection may extend the delivery timeline.

7. Additional Work Charges
Any additional work such as extra album pages, extra editing, reels, or enlargement prints will be charged separately.

8. Outdoor / Destination Shoots
For outdoor or destination shoots, travel, food, and accommodation expenses for the team must be borne by the customer.

9. Equipment Safety
Any damage to photography equipment caused due to crowd, mishandling, or negligence at the venue will be the responsibility of the customer.

10. Data Backup Policy
Event data will be securely stored for 30 days only. After this period, the studio will not be responsible for data loss.

11. Portfolio Rights
The studio reserves the right to use photos and videos for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes, unless the client objects in advance.

12. Extra Time Charges
If the event duration exceeds the booked package hours, additional charges will apply for extra coverage time.

Please note that all packages are offered at a Fixed Price – Non Negotiable. Our pricing reflects the quality of our creative work, professional equipment, editing time, and the overall experience we provide to every client.
